Ruby Laser

The Ruby laser is excellent for treating sun spots (also known as "age spots"), which often form on sun-exposed areas such as the back of the hand. 
Only one single treatment is necessary, no anesthesia is required.

The Erbium Laser is perfectly suited for the ablation of benign skin changes. In some cases it can also be used for wrinkle treatment.

FRACTIONAL LASER

Treatment procedure

During a treatment with the fractional laser, tiny holes are being shot into the skin’s surface. More than 300 microdots per square centimeter of skin are possible. 
The subsequent healing process renews the skin. The healing process is accelerated by the neighboring untreated tissue. New collagen is formed, the skin becomes firmer, smoother and finer. Bothersome pigmentation is reduced.

Depending on the desired result, about three to five treatments are necessary. There should be about 14 days between each treatment. Direct sun should be avoided during this time.

Skin tightening

Treatment procedure 

The Deep-IR device releases a controlled amount of infrared heat, thus heating the collagen and the underlying skin layers. 
In contrast to other skin tightening procedures, for example with radio frequency energy, the Deep-IR procedure is particularly gentle on the tissue. While cooling the skin’s surface, instead of placing a large energy beam on the tissue, many rather small "infrared columns" are brought into the tissue. Normal, untreated tissue between the treated areas stays retained. These untreated areas additionally stimulate collagen re-synthesis in the treated areas.
Depending on the size of the treated area, the treatment takes about 30 minutes. 
The skin is only slightly reddened after the treatment, so that professional or social obligations can be immediately resumed. 
Four treatments at four-week intervals are recommended. Due to the slow collagen tightening, the full effect is visible after about six months.

Effect

The Deep-IR procedure leads to firmer skin, refreshed and more prominent facial contours and the reduction of wrinkles. 
The deep tissue heating with the Deep-IR device causes an immediate tightening of the collagen and leads through subsequent wound healing process to a transformation and new production of collagen and therefore to a tightening of the tissue. 
Because the skin’s surface is protected by being cooled during the procedure the treatment is almost pain free.

IPL / INTENSE PULSED LIGHT

Treatment procedure

Treatment with IPL, also called flash treatment. It is carried out by means of light energy, but is technically different from laser treatment because IPL, unlike a laser, can produce light with different wavelengths.

ULTRAFORMER (HIFU)

Treatment procedure

The Ultraformer (also known as HIFU for High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) is a non-invasive tightening method that uses microfocused ultrasound. It penetrates the skin to the lower dermis without damaging the skin surface. This creates short-term, controlled temperatures of 65 to 70 degrees, which causes the collagen fibers to shrink and stimulates the fibroblasts and thus the production of collagen and elastin.

• Improvement of the skin tone of the face and body
• Final results of an Ultraformer treatment are visible after approx. 8 - 12 months

• Face, including eye area and upper lip wrinkles (with the help of a special attachment)
